 When downloading Eternum you are accepting the terms and conditions of the same.

 

Modifications of the regulation:

The administration reserves the right to delete, add or modify clauses of these regulations at any time,

without the need for prior notice.

 

Knowledge and compliance with the regulation:

Users are obliged to know and comply with the rules contained in this regulation, as well as any update that is made.

Ignorance of the rules does not justify their non-compliance.

 

Communication of updates:

All rulebook updates will be announced through the game's official media,

including social networks, website and Discord.

 

Right of admission and permanence:

The Staff reserves the right of admission and permanence on the server and on the official social networks of the community.

They may ban or expel any user as they deem necessary.

 

Game Oversight:

The administration may request and view the processes and/or windows open on the user's computer

to search for alterations that impair gameplay.

The information obtained will only be used to control and check changes, not to defame or disclose the user.

 

Account ban/blocking:

The administration has the right to ban or block a user's account at its discretion, in case the user has committed illicit or serious breaches. If a user lends his character and he commits illegal acts, both the user and the owner of the character will be penalized.

 

Penalty and right of admission:

Every character and account, regardless of their status or amount of money invested, will be penalized according to this regulation. In addition, the administration maintains the right of admission to the game at its discretion.

 

Responsibility for objects and characters:

Purchased items will not be returned or refunded in case of theft or hacking. Characters are for personal use

and the administration is not responsible for such incidents.

 

Discharge process and review of penalties:

Penalties with an account or character ban will have a period of 10 calendar days to present a disclaimer and request

review and inquiry. After that period, the penalty will be considered permanent, unless otherwise specified.

The discharge must be made privately to the staff. Users' disclaimers must refer specifically to the penalty that was applied. Disclaimers that refer to other users and the application or not of penalties to them, as an argument to avoid

the sanction itself are invalid. The user must refer to his own acts with his own character, not those of third parties.

 

Auction or sale of sanctioned characters:

After serving 15 days of the permanent ban penalty, the sanctioned characters may be auctioned or sold.

 

Responsibility:

The administration is not responsible for any damage caused by our Software,

it is installed at the user's own risk, Eternum is not obligated to respond for service failures, service crashes or interruptions without prior notice, as well as any malfunction of the game, the user has no right to create demands, demands or claims. These demands and claims will only be addressed according to the good will, availability and possibilities of our company. In case you do not agree with the operation of the service, the attitudes of other users,

as well as that of our personnel, their decisions taken, measures applied,

the operation of the services, their administration and direction, as well as the administration and direction of our staff and the way of acting of the people who collaborate in this project, the user should only leave our service

and delete the software installed on your PC, without the possibility of any other action, or claim, due to the disagreement.

 

PROHIBITIONS:

 

Hate speech and offensive language:

Incitement to hatred, the use of insults towards other users or the staff, is prohibited.

Advertising from other servers:

Advertising of other servers that compete with the official community servers is not allowed.

 

Discriminatory allusions:

Use of bugs and unauthorized software:

The use and/or exploitation of cany type of bug or the use of unauthorized external software, such as macros, edited clients, accelerators or other configurable peripherals that alter the functions of the game.

 

Misuse of commands:

The misuse of commands intended for communication with users or staff is not allowed.

 

Simultaneous connections:

More than two simultaneous connections to the server are prohibited. The use of an additional client is only allowed for work purposes.

 

Unfounded accusations:

Accusations without evidence that refute the veracity of the facts are not allowed.

 

USER DATA:

 

Privacy of personal data:

No member of the staff will request personal data, except through the official means of contact provided.

Veracity of the data:

Users are responsible for providing true data at the time of account creation.

 

Data Loss Liability:

The Staff is not responsible for the forgetfulness or loss of personal data. However, in the event that an administrator attempts to resolve a specific issue, certain personal data may be requested.

 

Loss of objects and characters:

The Staff is not responsible for the loss of objects and/or characters from an account, nor for changes of characters made in the wrong way.

 

PENALTIES AND PUNISHMENTS:

 

Application of penalties:

The Staff can apply penalties that it considers effective to punish the bad behavior of the users.

 

Prior assessment of the situation:

Before awarding a penalty, the Staff will analyze the situation to apply an appropriate penalty.

 

Advance warning:

Staff may choose to give advance warning before applying severe punishment, but they are not required to do so.

 

Penalty tests or ban:

the evidence obtained for penalties or bans is exclusively for the use of the staff and the same has no obligation

to provide them to banned or penalized users.

 

Accumulation of penalties and blockades:

The accumulation of penalties and the seriousness of the causes will determine the blocking of the user and its duration.

There is no maximum number of penalties, and the Staff can block characters and/or accounts when deemed necessary.

 

CHARACTER MARKET:

 

Character Market Changes:

Changes made to the Character Market are permanent, as it is a mutual agreement between two users.

 

Character sale:

It is only allowed to offer the sale of characters within the game. This guarantees verification of the character and its real existence.

It is strictly prohibited to post character sales on any Discord channel. Those who violate this rule will be subject to a server ban.

 

Out of Game Cash Transaction Precautions:

When making a transaction, we remember the importance of taking screenshots, requesting contact information, and verifying

completely the identity of the person with whomthe transaction takes place.

 

Staff Responsibility:

The staff assumes no responsibility for transactions made outside of the game.

 

Character theft:

In the event that a user proves that their character has been stolen through photos or videos that support said accusation,

a fine will be applied to the user responsible for the theft.

 

Fraud complaints:

In the event of a case of fraud or overselling, you are urged to report it to the staff by the means provided so that

action is taken and individuals who harm the community are eliminated.
